Summer in Cape Town is all about sunshine, fresh air, and laughter outdoors. This season, Picnic in the Park is bringing you a series of creative and edible workshops at the beautiful Wynberg Park in the Southern Suburbs – perfect for kids, families, friends, and even team-building groups.

We’re turning the park into a playground of fun, food, and bonding activities. Whether you’re 2 or 82, there’s something waiting for you under the trees.

👶 For the Little Tots – Free Fun Under the Sun

Our youngest visitors get to enjoy tots’ activities for free!(T&C’s apply) Safe, playful, and engaging, this corner of the park is all about giggles, games, and open-air fun. Parents can relax while the little ones explore.

🍪 Giant Cookie Workshops & Edible Games

Kids love cookies – and ours are giant! The single giant cookie workshops let little bakers decorate their very own oversized treat to enjoy or share.

Families can also join in on our edible workshop board games – imagine rolling dice, playing with your snacks, and then eating the board when you win. Delicious teamwork at its best!

🎨 DIY Bonding & Art on an Easel (Edible Edition)

Looking for ways to connect? Our DIY bonding workshops are designed for parents and kids, couples, or even corporate teams. Learn something new about each other while working on creative, edible projects.

And don’t miss our Art on an Easel – Edible Edition, where you create your own masterpiece on an edible canvas before taking the first (tasty) bite.
